This location is a bit off the beaten path, but still close enough to everything that it felt convenient. I found the hotel to be clean, staff was courteous, and the hallways were quiet which I loved. We stayed for 1 night as we were driving through and had a lovely stay. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything I expected. Overall, especially for the price, I would highly recommend!
Springhill Suites has never disappointed us. Availability of ADA room was pre-requested a month prior to stay. Very nice indoor pool and gym at this location in Henderson, NV. The front desk staff, Toffee, Brendan, Nicole were amazingly helpful with food suggestions and what to do in surrounding area away from the Strip. Breakfast was decent and fresh every morning. Or room was very comfortable and clean. Minor issue with housekeeping not cleaning the bathroom and kitchenette glasses not swapped out for clean ones on second day of stay when we were eligible for cleaning. Front desk Toffee ensured housekeeping returned to our room to correct asap.
Last minute booking through my credit card app. Interestingly, the app and priceline and the Marriott site said that parking here was paid, and that there was no breakfast, for those reasons I almost didn't book it. But still did it. It was a pleasant surprise when at the front they told us that we didn't have to pay for parking, and we did get complimentary breakfast. Maybe they wanted me to come with low expectations and leave happy with the surprises. It worked for me.
This is probably the least fancy Marriott I’ve stayed at. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was chaotic, but decent. The pool area was SO small. It seemed to be able to fit 5 people in it comfortably. It is a really great location. It’s right by I-215, so really quick and easy to get anywhere. This location is pet friendly. (Up to 50 lbs) We took our pooch for his first hotel visit here. The dog relief spot feels so far away when you have to sprint across the molten hot parking lot to get there.
Brendan was amazing customer service was top notch! Our delivery driver from DoorDash delivered to hotel in the front and he helped get it over when he didn’t have to on top always smiled and always assisted with any of our questions just unbelievable customer service hard to find some times
I had stayed with my family here for 2 days, no complaints. We were visiting for my little sister's engagement. Thank you Springhill Suites for your hospitality and wonderful customer service! The night auditor, Tofee (I am sure I misspelled her name) was so sweet!!! Overall the front desk people were super helpful, and hope everyone enjoyed the cake I had left. Happy Holidays!
Our first time at this location and enjoyed our time. Our room was VERY clean and fully stocked. The front desk staff are TOP-NOTCH along with the rest of the maintenance/housekeeping staff. This hotel was very organized; we'd definitely come here again.
Away from the hussle of Vegas. Good location. Rooms are comfortable. Bed was ok. No views surrounded by apartments and another hotel. Has a small indoor pool. No outside sitting area. They charge now to park. That is ridiculous.
